Welcome to the Professional Network Services Support Center
We ask that you please do not try and contact a Technician or Engineer directly unless you are instructed by PNS Personnel to do so. Our Technicians and Engineers work directly from the ticketing system and all other communication methods are not processed on a regular basis. Bypassing the system merely impedes the response time.

- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- If you have urgent issues, our Help Desk can be reached by dialing 540-283-7209.
- For non-urgent issues, the help desk can help or you can email the appropriate department:

In all cases you need the following information to hand:
- A business name, address and the telephone number of the person reporting the issue.
- A brief description of the issue and/or service required. (Please let the engineer know if the problem is critical)
The help desk will give you the following information:
- A trouble ticket number - please reference ticket number for any follow up inquiries.
- The expected time frame for a Professional Network Services Engineer to respond to your request, and/or issue, will be provided.
