There are many ways PNS can supply services:

Scheduled Days: Have a technician on site one, two or three days per week or 1-10 days per month. You specify the days, and PNS will have a technician on site. This option works well for firms with a backlog of services that build up each week or month and cannot go unattended.

Maintenance Service Contracts: PNS can provide the equipment, warranty and post-warranty support for your computing and telephone requirements. Provide PNS with a list of installed hardware, and we will place it under a maintenance service contract. This approach guarantees support for your existing investment while ensuring both hardware and networking solutions are working together for you.

By the Project: If you have a project coming up and require extra help, or if you need someone to complete regular tasks while you are on a special project, this would be an excellent way to ensure that a backlog does not occur.
